| WP1 – Project Management |

WP1 will carry out the project management and will be involved in some aspects of the Events organisation of WP4 and Dissemination elements of the project. The Project Co-ordinator, Waterford Institute of Technology, is responsible for the administrative activities that are required for the proper execution of the contract. The formal project kick off meeting will be held in Brussels on 8th February 2008. Although the work of the project will have officially started earlier, the project partners will meet to scope the detailed plans for all the Work Package tasks and deliverables and set out an action plan for the project's main events.
