Objective 2. Facilitation of a Core Steering Group to act as a technical & programme level influence catalyst for engagement, collaboration and networking activities internationally between TSD researchers in the EU and USA, Japan and Australia and further; The CA will undertake the required management, organisation and follow up activities to Steer and act as catalyst for the collaboration (alignment, re-alignment of themes, workshop reports, preparation for next workshop, and so on). These activities will both foster international partnerships while also directly providing input into ongoing research roadmaps ensuring that the workshop programmes and outcomes will address the European prioritized TSD themes of future networked systems. The common understanding of problems and goals in Objective 1 above fundamentally needs community building across both technical and programme areas to translate the co-operation from abstraction to reality. The intent here is to bring together internationally established researchers from the ICT Trust, Security and Dependability areas to highlight advances, key technical problems, and also identification of prioritized thematic research areas. |
